White Bean & Rosemary Spread
Prep: 15 min
2-1/2 Tbs. chopped onions
1/2 - 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or to taste (The Well stocks)
1/4 tsp. rosemary powder (The Well stocks; if you can't find it in your area, use minced fresh leaves or the dried leaves)
15 oz. can organic great northern or cannellini beans, drained - reserve liquid to re-add if needed for moisture (The Well stocks)
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar (The Well stocks 'Spectrum's' organic balsamic vinegar)
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (The Well stocks)
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika (The Well stocks)
1-4 - 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (The Well stocks 'David's Kosher Salt')
Process all but salt in food processor until smooth. Season to taste with salt. Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups.
Dust lightly with additional smoked paprika and serve with crackers.
