How to order:
-You may place your order online using a major credit card [other than American Express].
-You may pay for your order with a certified check, a cashier's check or a money order made payable, and mailed to,

-You may send it by regular mail with check payment. Your order will ship as soon as your check clears.
-You may call us at 540-587-9000 to place your order, paying by credit card.
We accept all major credit cards other than American Express.
*SHIPPING & HANDLING costs a flat $6.00 [within Continental U.S.] no matter how much you order.
Out of Stock Items: We will email you if a product is unavailable for any reason, whether temporarily out of stock or discontinued. If it's "out of stock", we'll let you know when it'll be available for shipment. You'll decide whether you want the order held, and shipped when that item is available, or if you'd rather re-order it, informing us of your choice by return email or phone.
Returns: Should you receive the wrong products, you must call within five business days to report any errors we made in your order. We'll correct the problem, and of course we'll cover the cost of returning the product to us.

We cannot cover damages caused in shipping:
We take extraordinary care in packaging shipments so that no items are broken or damaged. If damage occurs despite that due to careless handling, a report to the carrier will be needed for resolution.
